Inside the official Code Lyoko magazine (released shortly before season 4) were comic strips containing (mostly) original plots from the series' universe.

Unfortunately, due to low sales, only three issues of the magazine were published, offering fans a total of 5 comic stories. We've made them available here, along with any respective info to boot, so that they aren't lost.

All five comics have been translated into English by the CodeLyoko.fr team.
As a bonus, there are some clean images (without the speech bubbles) included that had been posted on our forum by the author a long time ago!
