Today, we're talking papercraft. In 2011, a few months before the announcement of Code Lyoko Evolution, Moonscoop tried to promote its future series by creating papercrafts based on its mother series. (A papercraft allows you to recreate a character from a series with a cubic design from a pattern). A first official papercraft of Ulrich came out, but after very little success from this first papercraft, Moonscoop didn't bother to release any others. Well...a second one, of Yumi, was in the making, but never saw the light of day...until today! :D

Hello everyone!
We've now given you books 1, 2 and 3 of the Chronicles in English, and we continue our weekly schedule! The heroes' epic adventure now continues on CodeLyoko.fr through the Code Lyoko Chronicles' fourth book: "The Army of Nothing".
Our translators, backed by the rest of the "Chronicle of a translation" team, push on. This week, discover chapter 17 of book 4: "Mago's Escape".
[The Army of Nothing] [Last version: Prologue & 17 chapters] Translated by Kelsey & A_QueenOfFairys
As you will have noticed from our first three books, the following steps have been taken to make sure that our final product looks as much like the real thing as possible:
- A layout that's almost identical to that in the original novels. - Use of fonts in the original novels. - The presence of (when the time comes) coloured illustrations in high quality that have been adapted into English. - The presence of icons at the start of every chapter, scanned from the Italian versions and retouched for an optimal rendering.
Finally, we remind you of the section of the site that's completely dedicated to the Chronicles. You can notably find there a gallery containing images from all four books and which has been updated with illustrations translated into English.
To conclude, for those who haven't already hopped on the bandwagon:
We continue our series on books by today uploading the other activity book by Albin Michel that came out at the same time as the Mission X.A.N.A. book. Like the first, this game book is a mixture of tests on the series and more common games such as crosswords and sudokus. All in French, as usual.

Do you remember the media plans for the release of season 2 on DVD? Because this week's finding sort of resembles them. Indeed, here's the post-season 4 media plans that shed light on a DVD promotional offer of the time. In French, of course.
<-- To see the communication plan, click on this one.
And with this, a new flyer that's also to do with season 4 of the series, serving to promote the series so that it can be sold overseas.
<-- And for the flyer, follow the arrow.
Thanks to Aquatikelfik for the documents and have a nice day on Codelyoko.fr.

After a well-deserved holiday, the findings of Dude Dudu is back and better than ever (for a few more posts at leasts) with a slightly different schedule. From now on, one of two posts will be used to upload a Code Lyoko book/album, such as the one you can appreciate today, and the other will be a regular finding!
So we'll begin this book series today with the first Code Lyoko activity book by Albin Michel in February 2010: "Mission X.A.N.A.". In French. In this small booklet (around 32 pages), we find various games, such as mazes or spot the difference, all mixed in with games on the series in general (even if the trivia questions remain very very simple).
